HLR-45DXC Digital surface Rockwell hardness tester (convex nose type)

Application:

1. The specially designed indenter protrudes horizontally, which can measure annular, tubular and other parts that cannot be measured by ordinary hardness testers. The minimum test inner diameter is 25mm.

2. It adopts electronic electric loading, high-precision sensor, and has a unique closed-loop control system.

3. Touch screen interface, easy to operate, directly select the hardness scale, and the force value is automatically changed in the test parameters.

4. According to the standard hardness block, each hardness scale is divided into three sections: high, medium and low to be automatically corrected.

5. The test force can be automatically corrected by a standard dynamometer.

6. Automatically apply the main test force.

7. Powerful data processing functions, including: HR, HB, HV and other hardness scale conversion, setting the qualified range, automatic alarm over limit, can input tester, sample name and other information.

8. For more sample and test information, the measurement data can be saved in EXCEL format in U disk, which is convenient for editing and processing.
