1.Product features
-Adopts advanced single-chip microcomputer -PLC automatic control, to achieve automatic cutting;
- The sample and cutting piece can be moved independently (double Y axis), making the cutting sample size larger and more flexible
-Under the condition of clamping, the sample can be precisely moved laterally, the moving accuracy is less than 0.1 mm, which is especially beneficial to the parallel cutting of thin slice sample.
- The main motor is driven by a frequency converter, with a speed adjustment range from 500RPM to 3000PRM, and the speed is stable and will not change due to the load, to meet the cutting needs of various materials.
-The original vibration (feed - back - feed) cutting mode, so that the sample cutting part is fully cooled, to ensure that the cut sample will not be burned;
-Built-in nine cutting modes. According to the soft and hard degree of sample material, the nine corresponding cutting parameters can be modified and saved.
-Automatic working state, automatic feeding, retreating, feeding, retreating speed can be set;
-Can be completely manual operation, not affected by automatic mode;
-The filter water tank with a magnetic system is used. When the circulating water passes through the magnetic system, the metal cutting debris generated during cutting is sucked out and eliminated by the magnetic system, so as to improve the effect of sample cutting and the number of times of circulating water utilization, and to avoid clogging the drainage system of the laboratory.
-Adopt fully enclosed Structure, transparent protective cover, increase the observation field of vision, lateral door moving mode, simple and easy, do not occupy space;
- Quick clamping mechanism, easy to load sample;
-The main parts such as clamp mouth and working table are made of stainless materials, with long service life.
- Emergency stop, air switch provides protection for the operator.
