Introduction:
HUALONG YAS Series Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine is designed to meet the need for a simple, economic and reliable means of compressive test on Containers, Masonry units, Concrete cubes &cylinders, hollow blocks and various other materials in accordance with European/British standard, which requires a ball-seated upper platen, self-centering lower platens on EN machines.
The machine is electro-hydraulically operated, the machine comprises of Hydraulic Power Pack, PC &Software, Operating Switches, Load Control Valves.
Application
EN 12390-3: Testing hardened concrete. Compressive strength of test specimens;
EN 12504-1: Testing concrete in structures. Cored specimens. Taking, examining and testing in compression;
EN 1354: Determination of compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete with open structure;
EN 1338: Concrete paving blocks. Requirements and test methods;
EN 772-6: Methods of Test for Masonry Units;
EN 13286-41: Unbound and hydraulically bound mixtures. Test method for determination of the compressive strength of hydraulically bound mixtures.
