The fully automated robotic curing and compression strength testing system is mainly used for the intelligent automation of the entire process of curing 100mm and 150mm cubic concrete samples, from the start of the curing process to the end of the compressive strength testing (strength testing system).


I. Functional Overview:

The fully automated robotic curing and compression strength testing system is mainly used for the fully automated and intelligent automation of the entire process of concrete curing from storage to compressive strength testing. The system mainly consists of an electro-hydraulic servo pressure Testing Machine, a six-degree-of-freedom manipulator, pneumatic gripping fingers, a vision system (optional), a cleaning system, and a barcode scanning system. The entire testing process requires no human intervention and can automatically complete processes such as sample gripping, automatic barcode scanning and identification of sample information, automatic sample alignment, automatic loading and unloading, and the classification and stacking of qualified and unqualified samples after the test. This achieves intelligent and automated testing, greatly improving work efficiency.
