The robotic fully automatic metal pendulum impact testing machine is suitable for fully automated testing of standard metal pendulum impact specimens at ambient temperatures of room temperature and -60℃. The entire process, from automatic transfer of the specimen tray to the cryostat, sampling and impact testing, sorting, and data interconnection, is fully automated.


I. Functional Overview:

The CBD series metal pendulum impact testing machine is suitable for impact testing of metallic materials where the maximum impact absorption energy does not exceed the rated impact energy. It is an instrument for determining the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loads. The CBD series metal pendulum impact testing machine can perform continuous and high-volume metal impact tests, displaying impact absorption energy, pendulum rotation angle, and calculating impact toughness. The fully automatic robotic metal pendulum impact testing machine employs a six-degree-of-freedom robotic automatic sample feeding device and a cryostat, meeting the requirement of a sample feeding time of less than 5 seconds for low-temperature impact testing and reducing the labor intensity of testing personnel. It enables batch automatic batch impact testing at room temperature and low temperature, allowing for uninterrupted continuous operation and interconnection with smart laboratories. It is an ideal testing instrument for steel metallurgy, metal material manufacturers, and quality inspection departments.
