What is Optical Fiber Cable Crush Testing Machine
I. Product Functions: The microcomputer-controlled optical cable flattening tester is mainly used to measure the performance of optical cables within a specified compression load range, specifically determining the attenuation change of the optical fiber, fiber strain, and the functional relationship between the cable strain and the compression load.
The product is equipped with an on-machine calibration device, which can calibrate the flattening load, achieving the goal of testing the accuracy of the entire system, not just the sensor accuracy.
The machine adopts computer control, servo motor drive, precision ball screw mechanical loading, and sensor measurement of load signals. It features stable loading, accurate measurement, and multiple control modes, such as load (stress) control, deformation (strain) control, and displacement (velocity) control.
The machine's computer control system can be connected to CD300, CD400, CD500, S18, and PK2800, providing optical cable strain curves and fiber strain curves during the cable compression process.
