We are pleased to announce that a WDW-10-5 five-station microcomputer-controlled electronic Tensile Testing Machine has completed its final inspection at our Shanghai workshop and is now ready for shipment to our customer.

The WDW-10-5 is designed for the tensile, compression, bending and shear testing of metal and non-metal raw materials, components and semi-finished parts. Its single-space four-column frame carries five independent tensile stations, so five specimens can be tested in one run and completed in a single operation, which greatly improves the efficiency of routine batch testing in the laboratory.

The frame is driven by imported Japanese servo motors and servo drives through a synchronous toothed belt and double ball screws, and is fitted with five 10 kN load cells. Together with the ICS-980 multi-channel full-digital closed-loop Controller and the TestWorld 5.0 software, the system provides multi-channel synchronous control, real-time curve display and Excel-based report output. Standard equipment includes five universal couplings and five figure-8 tensile grips.

The design and manufacture comply with GB/T 228, GB/T 4338 and other GB requirements, as well as ISO, JIS, ASTM and DIN test methods, and every process is controlled according to ISO 9001.
