I. Main Functions:

The LWC series three-cylinder bending Testing Machine is suitable for process bending tests on metallic materials, including custom-angle bending, 180° parallel bending, and 180° closed bending, with the maximum test force not exceeding the rated test force, to determine the bending plastic deformation capacity of metallic materials.

II. Performance Characteristics:
1) Supports custom angle bending, 180° parallel bending, and 180° closed bending;
2) Supports manual (computer-independent) and computer control modes, with interlocking between the two modes to prevent accidental operation;
3) Supports preset bending angle and angle compensation functions, automatically resetting after bending to the preset angle;
4) Supports automatic span positioning, automatic bending, automatic reset, and automatic compensation functions;
5) Real-time plotting and recording of bending and summarizing test force curves for convenient data analysis;
6) Features program protection, absolute position protection, limit position protection, and pressure protection for safer equipment operation;
