The 300kN microcomputer-controlled electronic servo-stacked force standard utilizes motor loading, microcomputer control, and piezoelectric ceramic micro-force application.
A stacked force standard uses a force gauge (or a group of force gauges) with higher accuracy than the force gauge being tested as a standard. These force gauges are connected in series with the force gauge under test and loads are applied electronically or hydraulically to determine the mechanical properties of the force gauge under test. Stacked force standards are used to calibrate force sensors and measurement systems. Connection to the force sensor should be convenient and easy to operate. Connection methods and operating requirements are fully customized to customer specifications.

The superimposed force standard machine complies with all requirements for Class 0.03 superimposed force standards in the National Metrology Verification Regulations of the People's Republic of China, including JJG1116-2015 Verification Regulations for Superimposed Force Standard Machines, JJG391-2009 Verification Regulations for Load Cells, JJG669-2003 Verification Regulations for Load Cells, JJG455-2000 Verification Regulations for Working Dynamometers, and JJG144-2007 Verification Regulations for Standard Dynamometers, as well as relevant industry requirements. It can perform testing, calibration, and verification of sensors and force gauges.
