Wire torsion testing machine

The wire torsion testing machine is composed of a base, a governor, a gripper, a weight, a counter and the like. The speed regulation of the chuck adopts the stepless speed regulation of the variable frequency motor. The frequency converter adopts the Taiwan Delta brand inverter. The main loading head is driven by the motor to adjust the gap of the chuck. The clamp adopts the four-tooth clamp type clamp for wire clamping and clamping. The material is 9SiCr, quenched and tempered, and the surface hardness is HRC60-65. The tension is loaded by the lever weight loading method, so that the operator can easily move the weight. The spacing between the collets is measured by a ruler.
The work surface is of integral casting type.
This machine adopts stepless speed regulation, automatic recording, speed and number of turns can be set. Recording stops after the sample breaks, and the twisting mode can be set arbitrarily.
Fully in line with national standard GB/T239-1999 "Metal wire torsion test method".
The wire straightening device applies a hydraulic straightening method to apply pressure to the wire placed in the straightening mold, forcing the wire to straighten. The total length of the straightening mold is 280mm. When straightening, hold the wire in one hand, then step on the foot switch, jog the control piston, and the wire will be straightened for a period of time.
