Introduction:

The HL8000W computerized metallographic microscope is a trinocular transflective upright metallographic microscope, which is suitable for microscopic observation of opaque or transparent objects. Adopting excellent design concept of infinity optical system and module function, it can provide excellent optical performance and product system upgrade, realize the functions of simultaneous transmission and reflection, independent illumination, polarized observation, etc. It is an ideal instrument for research in biology, metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, and electronics.


Mechanical stage

Double-layer mechanical stage, size: 210 * 140mm; moving range 63 * 50mm, visual design concept, users are more convenient and comfortable when operating the stage.

Epi-illumination system

The halogen lamp (adjustable brightness) can provide clear and clear microscopic observation images not only for the normal bright field observation method, but also for the polarized light and dark field observation methods. The built-in field diaphragm and aperture diaphragm can effectively control the field of view, adjust the contrast of the field of view, and the center of the field diaphragm can be adjusted.


Transmission illumination system

Overview:

The FMIA2020 version of the metallographic image analysis software system is our company's combination of current casting companies, auto parts companies, heat treatment companies, bearing steel industry, power system industry, railway parts industry, and various related testing companies' demand for metallographic detection to improve products. The pass rate helps to improve the inspection level of various laboratories. We collected the opinions of experts and teachers in various industries and developed this set of FMIA2020 version of the metallographic image analysis software system.

The software system contains about 700 commonly used sub-modules in 150 categories, basically covering the commonly used metallographic standards, and adapts to the requirements of most unit metallographic analysis and inspection. Basic functions:

1. Rating level

The implementation standard for the correct selection of materials, through the camera system of the metallurgical microscope, capture and take pictures of the sample metallographic structure, and enter the evaluation level interface:

(1) Automatic rating: There are quantitative standards (such as calculation formulas, percentage ranges, etc.) in the metallographic standards. The software automatically grades, gives the metallographic level, and generates a metallographic test report.

(2) Comparative rating: The software can also compare the sample map and the map in the gallery to determine the level artificially.

2. Geometric measurement

The software provides a variety of measurement tools such as distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, polyline length, angle, straight line angle, radian, point-to-center measurement, etc. to meet the user's basic geometric measurement functions and obtain relevant measurement data.

(1) Data export: the measured data can be used to generate a dedicated measurement report with graphics and text, and can also be directly imported into EXCEL.
