1. Microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression shear test machine host
The four-screw test space adjustable structure is adopted, and the working cylinder is placed under the center of the machine base, and the force is measured by a hydraulic sensor. (The load cell can also be configured according to customer requirements.) The bearing plate of the test machine has sufficient rigidity to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the four-point deformation measurement. The lower pressure plate is equipped with wheels, which can be moved along the track to facilitate the loading and unloading of the sample.

The horizontal force application system consists of a differential horizontal cylinder, a load cell, a displacement sensor (photoelectric), and a shearing plate. The shearing plate is a reaction frame structure, and both the horizontal force and the reaction force act on the bracket, and have no force on the main screw. The horizontal shearing system is placed on the trolley and can be pushed in and out along the track.
