Electro-hydraulic servo compression shear machine tester

YJW electro-hydraulic servo compression shear test electromechanical liquid servo shear test machine is mainly used to test the mechanical properties of rubber bearings and shock absorbers. It can be used for compressive strength test and compressive elastic modulus test of rubber bearing products. Shear modulus test, shear bond performance test, shear aging test, friction coefficient test, corner test. It can also detect the axial and radial deformation of the bridge-type rubber bearing under load test. The tests were all mathematically calculated according to the relevant formula of the transportation industry JT/T4-2004, or tested according to the rubber similar standard test method.

Host part:
The test host is modularly designed and manufactured according to the functional structure. The compressed portion can be separated from the cut and corner portions.
The key configuration of the test host is as follows:
1. Bearing frame, 5000kN vertical loading cylinder, 1000kN loading cylinder, 300kN loading cylinder, compression device, adjusting beam, horizontal stretching device, corner testing device
2. 5000kN, 1000kN, 300kN load sensors
3. A set of measuring devices for measuring the displacement of the piston of the main cylinder
4. Eight sets of high-precision digital display dial gauges are used to measure the longitudinal and lateral deformation of rubber bearings;
5. Cut the deformation sensor two.
Hydraulic station part:
The highly integrated compact servo hydraulic unit powers the test unit with vertical compression, horizontal shear and corner test. The servo hydraulic unit consists of the following key components:
